Major Duties:

• Assists Veterans and/or contractors, architects, drafts persons with required design changes, differing site conditions, variations in quantity estimates, changes in specifications and drawings, etc. resulting from deficiencies encountering during the construction, remodel, adaptation planning phase.

• Establishes disbursement agreements for funds and prepares the necessary voucher documents and associated information needed for release of grant funds up to the maximum amounts allowable under 38 U.S.C. 2101(a), 2101(b), and 2102(B).
• Notes and decides upon such matters as suitability of completed work, adequacy of construction materials, reasonableness of schedules and estimates, adequacy of inspection and control procedures as documented with previously approved construction controlling documentation.
• As necessary, the SAH Agent is responsible for processing and recommending administrative sanctions for industry stakeholders.
• The SAH Agent is responsible for the case management of SAH appeals submitted to Value Stream leadership for grant cases assigned. This requires the SAH Agent to complete a higher-level review of decisions to include reviewing the facts and evidence submitted to support the appeal.
• Establishes and maintains the SAH case file from eligibility established through final accounting and grant closure.
• Coordinates with contractors, architects, and draft person for the creation of the following construction documents that successfully convey all SAH grant requirements: description of materials, scope of work, contracts, disbursement schedule, plans and blueprints, and other pertinent construction related documentation.
• Coordinates with the Veteran and contractor throughout construction to ensure all parties are informed of project progress and problems, issues and their resolution and disbursement of project funds.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Analyst to work with our existing client. This role involves financial modeling, market research, and preparing reports to support our client's investment decisions.

Work Schedule: 9am - 6 pm EST (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

This is an important role in a fast-growing strategic capability with a number of key responsibilities, including:

Research and development of new index strategies and beta solutions and improvements to existing solutions, including data validation, data exploration, programming, analysis and presenting results

Day-to-day monitoring and management of selected portfolios (e.g. portfolio rebalancing, monitoring dividends, investment decisions around cash flows, corporate actions etc)

Portfolio construction, exposure management and trade order implementation

Investment and portfolio risk analysis, monitoring and management

Corporate action, index rebalancing and capital market strategies and research

Participate and contribute to team research projects and present updates and findings in regular internal forums

Contribute to the ongoing development of the portfolio implementation platform and capabilities

Collaborate with data and infrastructure team members to ensure tools and data sets used for the research and implementation of beta solutions are robust, version controlled and consistent with best practice

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have fixed income portfolio management experience in a leading company/organisation.

Strong fundamental and quantitative understanding of fixed income markets, instruments, derivatives and execution.

Experience in sovereign and credit markets globally (high yield experience a plus)

ATTRIBUTES:

Strong familiarity with market best practice and tools for managing well risk controlled fixed income portfolios

Good communication skills and strong ability to inform and educate peers, management and clients on fixed income markets and portfolios

EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong academic credentials, with a postgraduate degree (MSc/ PhD) in a quantitative subject (e.g. Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics) an advantage

Some programming ability, particularly in R, SQL, Python

Experience using financial information systems (eg. Bloomberg, Eikon) an advantage

Some familiarity with Aladdin tools (eg. PfC, PfM) an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the completion of bespoke investor reporting – quarterly and ad-hoc.
• Internal reporting including investment overviews, valuations, dry powder and various analytics.
• Updating the database of service providers.
• Updating the sustainability database and the Green Certifications database for the flagship APAC fund.
• Support the GRESB 2025 submission process through data collection and coordinating tenant surveys.
