Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
· Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
· Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
· Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
· Prepare and review engineering plans, designs, and project specifications.
· Manage and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
· Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.Implement innovative construction techniques and best practices to improve efficiency.
· Manage a diverse workforce, including workers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
· Address language and cultural barriers to enhance team productivity and cohesion.
Requirements:
· Related Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction engineering or project management.
· Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
· In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in project management software and tools.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Experience managing workers from diverse backgrounds, particularly from China.
· Require to communicate with Mandarin
· Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
