Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting all technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
· Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner.
· Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and other).
· Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
· Assess potential risks, materials, and costs.
· Provide advice and resolve any emerging problems or deficiencies creatively.
· Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
· Handle over the resulting structures and services for use.
· Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.
· Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.
· Comply with guidelines and regulations, including permits, safety, etc., and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
· Able to raise technical issues and coordinate site activities with subcontractors.
· Familiar with civil engineering drawings and raise technical queries to resolve discrepancies between drawings in relation to site conditions during project execution.
· Carry out in-progress inspection and joint inspection to ensure that the works were executed to contract drawings and requirements.
· Carry out duties in accordance with workplace safety programs, procedures, and policies.
· Act as a point of contact and facilitate between Tenders and External Consultants.
· Be accountable for preparing technical proposals for tenders, including master programs, method statements, resources allocation charts, traffic/utilities diversion plans, risks identification & mitigation plans, etc., as per tender requirements.
Logistics and Warehouse Management Responsibilities:
· Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
· Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle.
· Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers.
· Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
· Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments.
· Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
· Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce.
· Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
· Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
· Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
· Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
· Familiarity with construction management software packages.
· Ability to plan and see the "big picture".
· Competent in conflict and crisis management.
· Excellent time and project management skills.

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
· Decision-making ability and attention to detail.
