1) To receive house owner’s complaints and enquiries through telephone calls, email and walk-in regarding the house defects matter and update/follow-up outstanding enquiries/request/complaints daily.
2) To arrange for house rectification works to be carried out during the Defect Liability Period(DLP) and defects within the stipulated time frame.
3) To inspect and support to handle customer complaints relating to defects, verifying the nature and root cause of such defects during DLP.
4) To liaise with the contractors on all technical, day-to-day operations and to ensure all defect works are identified, rectified completed timely.
5) To report to Management regarding the defects implementation of results.
6) To ensure timely liaison with the relevant site personnel involved in the inspection, verification, rectification works engaged by company to ensure effective execution of job.
7) To assist manager to carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and corrective maintenance work.
8) To coordinate with Sales Administration Department on vacant possession process.
9) To complete all reports for enquiries, complaints and other related information for ease of future reference.
10) To assist manager to perform site inspection on all vacant units (unsold units) and to propose for rectification works.
11) Familiar with maintenance works and construction related issues.
12) Good ability to manage and supervise engineering and architectural related works.
13) Have good judgement, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
14) Able to communicate well and maintain appropriate working relationship with all department.
