We are looking for 2 full-time Property Administrators in Horsham, West Sussex.

The Role

Working in a team you will be ensuring that all property management issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently and making sure that we are compliant and act within our own standard operating procedures
Maintain our key register and help manage a database of contractors
Build great relationships with our network of lettings offices and liaise and co-ordinate with them end of tenancy and pre tenancy work
The Person

Good understanding of the lettings process, although full award-winning training provided
An ability to build great relationships with Landlords and Tenants alike
Fantastic communication skills with a highly organised ability to prioritise what is most important
Able to work under pressure and at pace
A good knowledge of IT skills is essential as is a bright, enthusiastic "can do" attitude

The Package

Basic Salary: £23,750 - £25,100

Work Pattern: Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 09.00 - 5.30pm (2 days 9.00 - 5.00pm) Option of working 1 day per week from home once you have passed your probation.

We are currently seeking a Senior Survey Administrator to join our thriving team within the Living Space Division at the National Administration Centre based in Norwich. As a Senior Survey Administrator, you will be an integral part of processing important administration for our customers for the provision of conservatories and extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and management of customers contracts, ensuring workflows and daily duties are accurately updated
• Key point of contact for external and internal customers by telephone, email, and written communications
• Preparation of accurate customer letters for suspensions, rejections and general communications
• Preparation of Installation Packs
• Banking of customer payments ready for installation in line with banking policies
• Successful handling of customer queries, complaints, and cancellations
• Assisting teams within the department to achieve the targets set

Key Skills:

• Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous
• GCSE’s or equivalent in Math’s and English
• Ability to communicate both written and verbally at all levels
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent customer service
• Motivated, honest and accountable

Manages corporate estate administration by preparation of schedules for estate tax returns, excel spreadsheets, collection of assets and satisfaction of debts and administration expenses. Provides exceptional service to Trust & Estate clients. Provides technical expertise for all aspects of Trust & Estate account management and administration. Works collaboratively within the ESS team as part of the client/relationship management solution. Identifies and makes referrals to other business groups as appropriate.

  Qualifications:

• J.D. preferred, but not required.
• Typically between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience and/or post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Personal Trust Administration processes and procedures
• In-depth knowledge of Trust Tax, Trust Accounting and Investment Management
• In-depth knowledge of fiduciary laws including estate planning techniques, relevant tax regulations.
• Sense of humor, kindness, decency, team-player.

Compensation and Benefits:

$72,500.00 - $134,500.00
