Requirements

• Proven track record as a MEICA construction manager in large scale projects, managing internal / external stakeholders – HSE, QA, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Client, Authorities.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and resource management

Job Descriptions:

• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all deliverables required in the clients' service agreement;

• Administer and manage tenanted areas, buildings and office space that may be included in this Contract. The work includes enforcement actions to ensure land and buildings are used in the proper manner and tenants comply strictly with the terms and conditions as specified in the Tenancy Agreements and comply with all Authorities’ requirements and guidelines. Examples of enforcement measures include unauthorised subletting by tenants, illegal dumping of rubbish, unauthorised extension of renovation of their tenanted space, etc.
• Able to organize team for operational phasing in and set up of all documentation for engineering, operations, fault reporting, QEHS, fire safety management, crisis management and specialist equipment maintenance;
• Manage relationship with all specialist contractors and sub-contractors to achieve the required KPI, client’s expectations and deliverables in the contract with the client;
• Be part of the team to manage energy savings and initiatives;
• Able to provide, maintain and implement all measures to keep the buildings/ works in a state to ensure the safety, health and welfare of such persons including those employed by the sub-contractors and others.
• Identify engineering issues and troubleshooting to respond to end-users’ request;
• Resolving and mitigating potential engineering problems and potential cause to system breakdown;
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by clients/management team.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical & Airconditioning Engineering.
• With 3 years managerial roles.
• As required by our client, we prefer candidate with Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) qualification
• Holds bizSAFE Level 2, CERT Training / WSQ respond to Fire & HazMat Emergency and WSQ Implement Incident Management Processes.
