Job Description:

• Estate Management Service Delivery: Lead the Estate Management department to ensure high-quality service delivery, including workforce planning to optimise operations and align all activities with the University’s strategic objectives.
• Campus Infrastructure Development: Oversee the development and maintenance of efficient, high-quality campus infrastructure and resources to support University growth and enhance campus satisfaction.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Qualifications and Resource Management Expertise: Hold a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for postgraduate qualifications in high-level business management, demonstrating proven expertise in managing substantial human, financial, and physical resources. Ideally, possess a minimum of five years’ experience in a management role within an educational environment.

As a Real Estate Development Manager with Amazon Web Services, you will have the exciting opportunity to help build the future of the Amazon Web Services. As the contract owner, you will interface with property developers and partners on technical, commercial and delivery obligations ensuring adherence to contract commitments. Key job responsibilities:
