As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you are responsible for managing an inventory of 100+ residential property listings. You are the brain of the Squad you belong to, defining the listing strategies, pricing policies and valuation methodologies. • Inspect and monitor the functions of building facilities including lifts, air conditioning, fire services, water supply, electricity supply and building work. Monitor the process of Report and follow up of request & complaints from occupants to management office.
• Report to CLIENT Management in the event of any major/minor breakdown immediately which would adversely impact CLIENT Management’s business operations
• Inspect and monitor the function of Township including HVAC, fan coil units, electrical, cable, Civil, plumbing, water supply, sewage, interior design work & lighting etc.

• 1+ years of experience in the valuation and advisory team of a top real estate firm or advisory team;
• Language: Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication;
• Strong understanding of and passion for the local residential market;
• A deep interest to simplify and bring sophisticated real estate science to the average consumer;
• Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills with a focus on actionables;
• Advanced MS-Excel / G-Sheet skills, including complex modelling;
• Client-centric with a commitment to achieving the very best for our clients;
• Good level of interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence;
