From the outset you will have exposure to a diverse range of commercial property matters and work with a wide variety of national and international clients, including businesses, individuals, leading house builders and developers, pension funds, retailers, restaurants, lenders, charities, local authorities and other public sector organisations.
You will be involved in high quality technical work and business development, supported by dynamic, approachable and experienced colleagues, in a relaxed working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for applying their legal, commercial and personal skills to help solve problems for clients. You will also play a key role in helping to further build and develop this successful and expanding practice.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive and have experience in Commercial Property matters.
- Be commercially aware and have an understanding of the regional commercial property market, its challenges and opportunities;
- Some business development expertise is desirable together with experience of successfully managing client relationships;
- A sense of initiative and enthusiasm;
- Able to work well within a team and provide support to other fee-earners as appropriate;
- Confidences and ability to communicate to a high standard;
- Competent IT skills.
