Property Management
- Day-to-Day management of properties.
- Co-ordinate tenant fit-out works, additions and alterations work and reinstatement work.
- Liaise with tenants; MCST and contractors on property related matters.
- Assist with preparation and administration of Tenancy Agreements.
- Assist in review and administration of maintenance contracts including property fire insurance.
- Conduct property inspections and site meetings with the various stakeholders.
- Panning and supervision of property management and operational activities.
- Manage and supervise term contract works.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Any other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor / Management.
Administrative
- Responsible for Day-to-Day administrative duties.
- Perform clerical duties including coordinating meetings, greeting and assisting visitors and clients.
- To assist in director personal assistant duties.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience in managing residential, commercial and/or industrial properties.
- ITE Certificate/Diploma in Building/ Facilities Management/ Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
- Team player with good communication & IT skills
- Good understanding of Workplace, Health & Safety regulations
- Possess a positive attitude and be able to work independently with a keen eye for detail
- Must be able to respond promptly to emergency matters, in a timely manner including weekends.
- Experience in building systems such as electrical, plumbing & sanitary, ACMV, lifts, firefighting systems is a definite advantage.
