Our Claims Adjuster work hard to provide support to our clients and the larger Property Claims team. They are responsible for providing efficient and prompt investigation on Personal Lines damages, including theft, disappearance on jewelry, wind claims and even potential exposure to CAT claims. Along with Claims handling, they will be heavily involved with subrogation files and assist our Leaders with ad-hoc projects that arise.
They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our customers – this means emails and phone calls are answered promptly, keeping the customer experience top of mind. Working in a collaborative team there is the opportunity for coaching, mentoring and development from our more experienced Adjusters to help grow both your Customer Service and Investigative skills.

You’re great at:
You have:
3-5 years of Property Claims Adjusting experience
Completed a Post-Secondary program
CIP designation completed or in progress
Strong Customer Service background
