Essential criteria

• Holds appropriate teaching qualification / substantial industrial experience (or working towards an appropriate teaching qualification for unqualified lecturers)

• Possesses a relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification at level 3

Your role will be crucial in providing technical surveying expertise to maintain and enhance our property portfolio. You will report into the Director of Property Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site and structural inspections, analyse building defects, and supervise repairs.
• Prepare construction drawings, write schedules and specifications, and obtain tenders.
