They specialise in Groundworks, Residential, New Build, and Refurbishment projects and reaching an annual turnover of over £25 million. They are seeking a Talented Quantity Surveyor to expand their commercial team for their upcoming projects in Merseyside and the North West.
As the Quantity Surveyor you would be reporting to the Commercial Manager and collaborating closely with the tight knit Project team to ensure delivery of high quality Groundworks and Reinforced Concrete projects. You'll be responsible for managing costs and cash flow on site and measuring works completed for the various ongoing projects in the region.
Experience & Qualifications
- Academically Qualified with a Degree/Certificate/Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Ideally come previous Civil Engineering/Ground working experience
- Previous Commercial experience
Benefits & Package
This position offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 p/a
