We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 main contractor based in Exeter. This company has a strong national presence and operates through multiple regional offices across the UK. They deliver high-quality projects across various sectors, including education, healthcare, leisure, commercial, mixed-use residential, office space, and MOD.
About The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead one of the contractor's upcoming projects. You will manage the project from pre-construction through to final account and client handover. Additionally, you will be responsible for client interaction and may oversee a junior surveyor reporting to you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of all procurement activities
- Manage sub-contract packages
- Conduct monthly CVRs
Requirements:
- HNC/Degree qualified (Quantity Surveying or Construction Management preferred)
- Proven track record of administering JCT and NEC contracts
- Must reside in Hampshire and be willing to commute to site/office
