The Project is valued circa £10M and is a CAT B Fit Out project. You will be responsible for managing the site and will be reporting to the Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Site Manager must have:

• Have CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience
• Longevity in freelance roles with some of the big contractors in the industry
• Procore Experience
