Review all necessary documents required by the project e.g. building guideline, BOQ, method statement etc
Study all project information and drawings to understand the design and detailing
Develop the schedule for overall project execution planning
Delegate work tasks and close monitoring of daily work activities, with schedule
Work closely with Designer, Project Manager, Factory Manager and sub-contractor to ensure on-time delivery of project within budget and with good quality
Site management - ensure proper command and control of site including but not limited to DB&B site SOP, cleanliness & workplace safety; project running at minimum resources, minimum wastage and maximum efficiency
Conduct site surveys during various stages of the construction project e.g. Pre-con, site walk, handover, defect rectification, etc
Provide assistance to fellow staffs, whenever necessary
Produce and submit all necessary ISO forms, on time
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Interior Design/ Building/ Architecture or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related industry
A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines
Self-motivated and with a strong sense of ownership
Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Good at paperwork and proficient in MS Word/ Excel/ Project
