Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparation of measurement sheets and detailed quantity take-off based on drawings and documents for tender and on-going projects.
- Prepare request for quotation packages to be sent to Suppliers and Subcontractors.
- Evaluate and formulate bill of quantities for direct and indirect costs.
- Sourcing suppliers and subcontractors for tender and on-going projects.
- Construct and assess comparison sheets for quotations from Suppliers and Subcontractors.
- Procurement of materials as per issued fabrication or shop drawings.
- Preparation and submission of variation order quotation.
- Submission of progressive claims to client and follow up for payment response.
- Preparation, checking and monitoring project budget.
- Evaluation and verification of supplier and subcontractor claims.
Requirements
- Experience in Pre & Post tender
- At least 8 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Experience in structural steel and miscellaneous metals
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal skills.
- Strong computer skills, including AutoCad, MS Office
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
