The Role:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor,you will play a vital role in managing various property-related legal tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Handling transactions for buying and selling commercial premises.
- Managing commercial leases and licences.
- Drafting and negotiating option agreements, overage agreements, and pre-emption agreements.
- Assisting with planning applications.
- Advising on property finance matters.
- Supporting senior staff and partners on complex cases.
- Engaging in business development and marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyeror in a similar role.
- 2-4 years post-qualification experiencein commercial property.
- Familiarity with technology to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Strong business development skills.
