ROMEO PROPERTY VALUERS PTY LTD trading as Romeo Property Valuers are independent, registered property valuers in Sydney with decades of industry experience. We service the entire Sydney metropolitan area and offer full-scale services including residential, commercial, industrial, and land valuation. Our team brings together over half a century of combined industry experience.
We are hiring a Property Valuer to join our team in Sydney.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct property inspections and prepare time-bound valuation projects for various clients, tailored to specific purposes.
• Efficiently rationalize comparable sales by utilizing advanced technological methods and techniques.
• Ability to build a strong professional relationship with clients and other stakeholders strictly maintaining professional ethical standards.
• Liaising with real estate agents, strata management companies, and other industry professionals.
• Address clients' queries under the supervision of senior valuers.
• Undertake research and analysis of property market evidence for reporting purposes, and maintain the company database
Skills Required :
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar role
• Specialized expertise in valuing diverse property types, alongside a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and standards.
• Having good Communication, attention to detail, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Hold relevant tertiary education and Certified Practicing Valuer qualifications (CPV).
• Experience in appraising other property types would be an advantage.
• Additionally, should be a proactive, collaborative individual, capable of producing high-quality work efficiently and adapting to new challenges and learning opportunities.
Salary:70,000/year +super
