- Reviews, analyzes, and interprets legislation, policies, regulations, programs agreements, and funding agreements.
- Assists with the design, conduct, and management of complex financial analyses of major programs.
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers/stakeholders, staff, Departmental personnel, legal advisors, financial auditors, executives and line officials.
- Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing at an editorial level. Conveys information, ideas, concepts, and theories in a clear, concise, and logical manner in both oral and written communication.
- Assesses information from a wide variety of sources to write papers, reports, and publishes work.
- Demonstrates teamwork to internal and external customers as well as colleagues and supervisors. Works cooperatively and respectfully, and performs in a professional manner to bring staff together.
