Opportunity Summary

The Senior Solution Architect is part of the TGS Enterprise Digital Platforms Organization and will be focused on implementation of the BD Marketing and E-Business Digital, Data and Analytics capabilities, transforming omni channel marketing and digital experience across the enterprise. The Senior Solution Architect will be part of agile teams and will be responsible for the architecture, design, and delivery for solutions across the marketing and ecommerce technology stack.  The Senior Solution Architect works closely with teams across technology domains to create a modular, scalable solutions across the Marketing and Ecommerce technology stack.

Primary Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing Java/Spring based applications, adhering to architectural best practices and industry standards.

• Collaborating with team members to understand the system’s functional and non-functional requirements; provides guidance based on intimate familiarity with Spring/Spring Boot features and requirements.

• Creating technical specifications and providing guidance to development teams.

• Works with different vendors and partners for the successful delivery of projects.

• Analyzing system bottlenecks and implementing performance optimization strategies.

• Ensuring security measures are integrated into the application architecture.

• Reviewing and evaluating existing Java / Spring frameworks and recommending enhancements.

• Leading the development team by providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.

• Conducting code reviews to identify potential issues and maintain code quality standards.

• Should be able to understand and channelize escalation process as and when required by understanding and flagging the risks.

• Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• 11+ years of experience in the IT industry.

• 5+ years of project lead or project management experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the Java based frameworks like Spring, CCv2, AEM.

• Experience in SaaS based deployment model.

• Should have managed a minimum of a 10-member team.

• Cloud Portal experience like managing AWS or Azure

• Ability to be a good mentor and be able to motivate the team.

• Possess good people management and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to review team performance and plan career paths

• Ability to take ownership and accountability of the projects.

• Ability to oversee multiple projects as well as be hands on

THE ROLE:

Insomniac Events is currently seeking a highly motivated and proactive Mid-Level Graphic Designer with an impeccable attention to detail and a strong design sense to join our dynamic design team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior designers, art directors, and creative directors, collaborating on the creation of visually appealing designs that align with our company's brand identity and objectives. Additionally, they will be responsible for designing campaign deliverables and finding effective solutions for designing across various formats. We are looking for a designer who is passionate about their craft and eager to grow and develop their skills. This position reports directly to the Head of Design.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design Creation: Assist in the creation of a wide range of design materials, including but not limited to marketing collateral, print advertisements, branding assets, website graphics, social media content, infographics, presentations, and packaging.

• Design Modifications: Collaborate with the design team to make necessary modifications and revisions to existing designs based on feedback and requirements.

• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency throughout all design projects, ensuring adherence to established brand guidelines and standards.

• Layout and Composition: Apply advanced design techniques, typography, and color theory to create aesthetically pleasing layouts that effectively communicate the intended message and engage the target audience.

• Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for design concepts, leveraging your experience and understanding of design principles to create impactful and effective visual solutions.

• Art Direction: Provide guidance on design best practices to junior designers, ensuring the quality and consistency of design deliverables.

• Asset Editing: Perform basic image editing tasks, such as cropping, resizing, retouching, and color adjustments, to enhance the visual appeal of designs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years experience in the Graphic Design field preferred or a related field.

• A degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred. However, equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills will also be considered.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design principles, layout, and typography. Proficient Mac user.

• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop unique design concepts that effectively communicate messages and evoke desired emotions.

• Strong eye for detail and the ability to deliver accurate and precise designs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project requirements.

• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• In addition to the requirements mentioned above, proficiency in sketching and illustration is highly desirable for this role. Our Overhead Transmission business seeks a Transmission Design Engineer with PLS-CADD experience to join its team in Irving, TX (remote candidates are welcome to apply). Come join us in delivering projects that make a difference.

The successful candidate will serve as a Lead Engineer on electric transmission design projects for high-voltage (HV) and extra high-voltage (EHV) overhead utility systems. He/she will apply NESC, NEC, ASCE and other applicable standards in the engineering and design of electrical overhead, voltage conversion projects, new capacity projects and infrastructure replacement projects. Additionally, he/she will assist the team as well as independently perform engineering analyses, prepare bidding documents, plans and specifications; as well as prepare material procurement and construction documents, and work with project planning, environmental, permitting, and construction management.

We will consider qualified candidates to work fully remote (must reside in the U.S. only).  This position offers the successful candidate to develop an engineering team with direct report responsibilities. Title:

KBR is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to support our Xevas contract for KBR’s Science and Space division. 

The Senior Design Engineer will be part of the team that supports the Space Suit Division at KBR. The candidate will work on a collaborative team developing, building and maintaining Space Suits and supporting equipment for low Earth orbit and beyond. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, test, handle implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems using applied engineering principles, including solid and fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.

• Support the Project Manager to coordinate, schedule, and assist with constructability reviews during all phases of design.
• Document design-related issues, decisions, and actions within HAS Document Control System and manage to resolution.
• Coordinate and schedule design review meetings and consolidate input from stakeholders, including any third-party reviewers. Coordinate design feedback to Design Consultant.

Qualifications:

THE JOB

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Perform table maintenance duties according HOB service standards
• Perform Opening/Running/Closing duties according to HOB Service Standards
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
• Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift
• Safely transport bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs from table areas to dish room
• Keep all ice bins parred to fullest levels at all times

• Keep floor neat, clean and free of food, trash and other obstacles throughout shift

• Clean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staff
• Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles

• Clean and stock line to par throughout shift

• Follow housekeeping standards per policy
• Operate trash compactor per procedures policy
• Ensure that trash cans/slim jims are clean, free of odor and lined
• Keep all dust pans clean and free of stuck on debris/odor
• Separate glass, cardboard and plastics per local codes
• Pre-roll and store table paper, per venue specifications
• Keep current on all standard operating procedures
• Stay informed of current menu items and descriptions
• Follow private party service guidelines to ensure event success
• Turn all lost and found items in to MOD
• Attend pre-shift meeting conducted by MOD prior to start of each shift

• Assist Other Employees as Needed
• Maintain House of Blues safety and sanitation standards

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Required:

• (State or County Licensee or Certification Requirement)/ Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
• High volume kitchen operations
• Food Service as either an Expeditor or Server in a high volume environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Sense of Urgency
• Time Management
• Kitchen sanitation standards
• Critical thinking and decision making
• High School diploma
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms

Preferred:

• Ability to communicate in Spanish
• Point of Sales experience

Physical Demands/Working Environment:

• Work environment is fast-paced
• Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet
• Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
