Your new role
You will be working full time as a Art teacher across KS3-KS4. You will be required to carry out the duty of a full class teacher, including planning, preparation and assessments. You will deliver these lessons in a positive learning environment, ensuring all pupils are progressing consistently and achieving target grades. This school has a focus on keeping high expectations of students' and staff.
What you'll need to succeed
Hays welcomes all applications, whether you are a more experienced teacher or an ECT, you must have completed your studies and hold full QTS. You should have a professional manner and a flexible attitude to working and timetable changes. You will have good National Curriculum knowledge and have experience across Key Stage 3-4 in a Secondary school.
You need to be a good team player, have good time management and behaviour management skills.
In addition to this, we will require two satisfactory references, and you must be available until at least the end of this academic year.
