What you’ll achieve
The NVIDIA AI Solutions Architect is primarily responsible for delivering Proofs-of-Concept (POC), Technical Briefings and Architectural Design Sessions to customers and partners on joint Dell and NVIDIA AI solutions that exceed customer expectations and accelerate sales cycles.
This role requires a deep understanding of artificial intelligence technologies including both software and infrastructure, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of architecting and delivering successful AI projects, combined with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
You will interact with worldwide specialists and customers in all industries from Academia, Life Sciences to Manufacturing and Finance and contribute to Dell’s mission to drive human progress through technology.
You will:
• Act as an ambassador evangelizing the NVIDIA AI Platform and Dell Solutions
• Be a subject matter expert in the following :
• Data center infrastructure for AI including NVIDIA GPUs, DPUs and networking plus Dell servers, HCI platforms and storage.
• NVIDIA AI software and how to use it in a demo or POC with a customer. Be able to explain the value proposition of NVIDIA AI Enterprise for production deployments.
• Be knowledgeable of cluster setup and management techniques and tools, performance collection, disaster recovery, and data mobility.Be able to demonstrate full-stack solutions that include NVIDIA AI software and/or Dell ISV partner software using prepared demos/POCs designed for key AI customer use cases.Build new AI POCs & Demos to support custom engagements or new software or technologies based on specific customer business objectives/outcomes and technical requirements.
• Stay apprised of new NVIDIA AI technologies and solutions and the latest technologies from Dell ISV partners.Promote technical engagement to encourage customers to move from POC stage to POV/Production stage.Provide expertise in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system optimization.
• Collaborate with Product Group, Engineering, and Sales working as a CSC liaison to give customer feedback and identify use cases from the field.Sustain lab compliance and security of lab infrastructure.Support the creation of NVIDIA + Dell collateral and build video blogs, architecture lightboards, and other forms of documentation to support customer engagements.Support CSC communications plans by documenting the solutions you are responsible for and documenting success stories, using blogs, social media feeds etc

Essential Requirements
• Expert in operating systems like Redhat Linux, Ubuntu, Suse and Linux as well as storage concepts around VSAN, NAS, SCSI, RAID, Storage Groups, volumes.Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI technologies.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, as well as experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Able to solve basic software testing issues without relying on direct support from NVIDIA
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with DevOps practices.
Desirable Requirements
• Experience within complex customer environments especially within core Dell technology offerings. Experience working with NVIDIA software technologies: Nvidia NeMo Framework, Retrieval Augmented Generation, LLM Agents, Triton Inference Server, TensorRT, TRT-LLM, Microservices, Metropolis, RAPIDS, Omniverse, GPUDirect RDMA, etc.
• Experience with building and running demos, POCs and other engagements directly with customers. Prior Hands-on and architecture experience using various hardware and infrastructure software platforms including
