Responsibilities:
· Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
· Promote our room package
· Familiar with POS system
· Assists in phone and online booking and WhatsApp reservations;
· Handle walk-in customers enquires and complaints
· Karaoke room allocation and arrangement
· Register all check-in customers
· Ensure all cash amounts are accurate at the beginning and at the end of every work shift
· Maintain a safe and clean environment
· Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work
· Communicate effectively with team members and management
· Ensure a neat and tidy appearance
· All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
· Preferably 2-year working experience in Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
· Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin
· Proactive and good communication skills
· Service-oriented
· Team player
· Able to work shifts
· Able to work on weekends and PH
· Willing to learn new software systems required for work
· Knowledgeable in Point of Sales (POS) is an advantage
· Good in oral and written communication
