We're boosting our creative team and are looking for a talented senior creative to join our team and lead innovation and PR/Digital integration across the agency. We plan to shape a role with someone willing to bring new ideas and fresh perspective to the creative process - someone who can bridge opportunities across PR, content, social and digital teams and drive an ideas-gen hub for the agency.
We need someone who can bring an earned-first mindset to our portfolio of ambitious global brands - think Harley Davidson, LEGO, ANZ Bank, Ubisoft and others. As a key team member, you will help harness the creativity across the agency and play a pivotal role in shaping our clients’ brand narratives effectively conveying their messages to the world.
The opportunity:
From ideation to implementation, you'll be instrumental in shaping creative storytelling and integrated campaigns. You will also work with the CEO and executive in developing an Agency of the Future, driving innovation and adoption of technologies to keep us decades ahead.
About you:

- Have a knack for generating smart, innovative ideas, both big and small.
- Can't resist staying ahead of the curve when it comes to social media, content and marketing trends.
- Are an expert in inspiring and motivating teams to bring out their best creative ideas.
- Are a collaborator - can dip in and out of teams without ego and roll up your sleeves to break the norm and get the job done
- Have a keen interest in agency innovations, including the adoption of new technologies like AI
- Can deliver creative across PR, social, content and experiential
- Work closely with clients to understand their brand, objectives and messaging, translating these into compelling and strategic creative solutions
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and culture shifts to infuse innovative ideas into campaigns
- Can manage art directors, copy writers and studio talent
- Loves to contribute creatively to new business pitches
- Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, fostering their growth and maintaining high standards of excellence.
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar leadership role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful projects across various mediums (digital, print, video, etc)
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Deep understanding of PR strategies and storytelling
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and new tools
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments
