Are you looking for an IC Design Team Lead/Manager Digital/Mixed Signal role? A good client of mine is looking for an IC Design Team Lead/Manager Digital/Mixed Signal to join their R&D team in Hampshire. Job Purpose - IC Design Team Lead/Manager Digital/Mixed Signal You will lead/manage their IC design team of 8-10 people and will need a strong background in both Digital/Mixed Signal IC design and people management experience. Technical leadership will focus on deriving requirements and agreeing these with the sponsoring Business Unit, overseeing the implementation, verification and validation of mixed-signal ICs. Team management will include resource and project planning, goal setting and performance monitoring, and setting and controlling team budgets. As Head of the IC Team, you will be working closely with System Architecture, Research, Software and Sensor teams locally, as well as Analogue, Place and Route, Test and Reliability groups overseas.
