We are seeking a Team Manager to oversee our supported living service for adults with mental health support needs.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing a staff team, ensuring that service users are progressing in their personal recovery journey, and are achieving goals related to their mental health, wellbeing, and quality of life. This role requires a compassionate individual with emotional intelligence and the capacity to provide psychological and practical person-centred support, who can enable people to grow in self-esteem and confidence. You will empower people to make informed choices and to enjoy a fulfilling life by developing supportive relationships with others, making community connections and accessing meaningful activities.
You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of mental health needs and the challenges experienced by people who may have experienced trauma or adverse life events. You will demonstrate a commitment to equality and be able to practice in an inclusive and non-judgmental manner.
