Who we’re looking for:
- Collaborate and ideate: Work closely with marketing team peers to brainstorm and conceptualise design solutions that align with the brand’s vision and goals.
- Design and execute: Create visually compelling graphics for various platforms, including but not limited to website assets, social media content, marketing materials, and product packaging.
- Maintain brand consistency: Develop and implement brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive and recognisable brand identity.
- Lead and mentor: Effectively lead and mentor the teams’ graphic designer.
- Team collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and project requirements and contribute to a positive and creative team culture.
This role is responsible for the management and delivery of branded assets and tactical marketing campaigns across Novated, Small Fleets and Enterprise customer audiences based on a clearly defined marketing calendar.
This role is highly suited to a senior graphic designer with campaign execution and management experience working within a medium to large corporate company, looking to increase their responsibilities and remit beyond pure graphic design.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will maintain the clear and consistent application of the FleetPartners brand, developing creative outputs for print and digital communications, and promoting FleetPartners plans, services and activities. In doing so, help to build brand recognition, ensuring a single, clear, consistent voice to customers and other stakeholders (investors, team members).
What you’ll be doing:
- Utilising the recently redefined brand guidelines, manage the successful execution of tactical marketing campaigns for example:
- Execute quarterly vehicle specials campaign (RM presentations, social tiles, website updates, client eDMs, flyers, posters
- Refresh quarterly ‘FP Thrive’ wellness promotion with a new prize pool including website updates, pull-up banners, DL flyers, video
- Ad hoc assets to support this business – design and typeset white papers, FAQ docs, branded templates, brochures, flyers
- Manage the social media schedule including asset production and publishing (utilising the content provided by the Marketing Manager)
- Design and publish website and intranet visual design assets e.g. masthead banners, new web content
- Design and typesetting of annual corporate reporting (Annual report, Sustainability Report, Notice of Meeting, Shareholder communications etc)
- Source business and key stakeholder requirements across a range of branded assets including but not limited to print collateral, branded merchandise, office signage, digital assets, forms, eDMs, operational communications, presentations, video, social
- Undertake detailed quality assurance to ensure all brand assets produced by the teams’ graphic designer and this role are 100% compliant with the new brand guidelines and are benefit-led.
- Manage stakeholder review and sign-off process (business subject matter experts, legal, Director of Marketing, risk, customer service, IT).
- Continue to work on the building of brand assets for use by Relationship Managers (Canva templates).
- Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers on the production of assets – print and branded merchandise.
You will have demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, tasks and competing priorities, to deliver high-quality work on deadline.

You’ll have:
- Experience in marketing campaign management.
- Very strong graphic design experience with high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to interpret briefs to produce creative, professional and customer-centric design outcomes.
- In-house client-side (medium to large corporate environment) experience.
- Experience working across a wide range of marketing mediums – traditional and digital and through the marketing production process.
- Strong project management experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and self-motivation.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high attention to detail / proofreading skills.
- A track record of delivering on commitments.
- Effective and positive people management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.

- Agency-side experience will be highly regarded.
