Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure that club operations are smooth and deal with situation that arises during operations.
Manage the night operations of the clubs
Maintaining safety and food quality standards
Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
Organizing schedules
Keeping track of employees’ hours
Ordering supplies while staying within budget limitations
Supervising daily shift operations
Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
Establish good rapport with guests, maintain good customer relations, and handle guest feedback promptly and efficiently
Analyse the venues performance vs historical performance, industry standard as well as external affect Provide business solutions to operational matters
Working Late Night is Required.
Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, sales representatives etc
Job Requirement:
Preferably with 8 years of relevant experience
Good communication skills and a Team player
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Always greet the guest with a warm smile at all times
Solid verbal communication skills in Hindi & Tamil
Willing to work long hours as per the business requirement, weekends, and holidays
You are required to work compulsory on weekends and public holidays.
