- Design and develop end-to-end dark fiber solutions for enterprise, carrier, and wholesale customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Assess existing network infrastructures and provide recommendations for dark fiber implementation and optimization.
- *Technical Leadership*:
- Lead technical discussions and workshops with clients to gather requirements and present solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in dark fiber technologies, network topologies, and optical transport systems.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and architects in the team.

- Oversee the implementation of dark fiber solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dark fiber technology, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on current and future solutions.

### *Qualifications*:
- *Experience*: 8-10 years of experience in dark fiber solutions within the telecommunications industry.
- *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, etc.) is a plus.
- *Technical Skills*:
- In-depth knowledge of dark fiber infrastructure, including optical fiber, DWDM, CWDM, and OTN technologies.
- Strong understanding of network design principles, including topology design, capacity planning, and redundancy.
- Experience with telecom network architectures, including metro, long-haul, and subsea networks.
- Proficiency in network modeling, simulation tools, and fiber management software.

- Proven track record of managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
