Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of specification executives to deliver product details, ensuring products are included in project specifications.
- Work closely with architects and designers to integrate company’s materials into their projects, meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Actively pursue and build new client relationships to grow market share.
- Strengthen and maintain relationships with current clients to guarantee satisfaction and promote repeat business.
- Present company’s products to architects, designers, and stakeholders, highlighting their benefits and key features.
- Collaborate with main contractors and carpenters to recommend materials, creating immediate sales opportunities.
- Monitor the progress of specifications, follow up to convert them into sales, and manage related activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth project and sales operations.
- Keep detailed records of specification activities, project progress, and client interactions for reporting and analysis.
- Collect market data and share insights with management to support informed strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Min O level / Diploma in any fields
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Posses own vehicle
- Experience in selling interior furnishing products
- Self Confidence, strong analytical mind, able to communicate with various professionals and different site personnels.
