Your new role
Hays is working with a large regulatory authority client, looking for an experienced CRM professional to join their Centre of Excellence CRM team. The successful candidate will serve as Principal Solution Architect, translating business needs into architectural designs and providing specialist technical advice to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring timely and high-quality project deliverables.- Collaborate with other teams to manage interdependencies, risks, and resources.
- Provide expert governance and solve complex issues in architectural design.
- Develop and implement Cloud transformation strategies.
- Manage your own continued professional development and provide ongoing coaching and support for colleagues.
