The Role -

In this role you will be expected to have solid experience as a Senior Design Manager, along with having a sound understanding of construction design techniques and HNC or HND in Design Management. Having experience on single and two stage tenders will be imperative to this specific. You will be a part of a close knit, inclusive workforce, where your team will support you, and work collaboratively in order to complete these projects successfully.

The role -

In this role you will be expected to carry out standard design manager duties. Such as creating briefs for each of the projects you will be working on, making sure you are consistent with the company needs. These designs need to make sure the meet the standards and requirements for the company. You will be expected to manage the budgets and the completion time of the project within the design. You will also have to be diligent in checking projects for consistency with the designs and their quality.
