• Inspection of Dry-Lay / Materials and subsequent Follow-Up Presenting mood/material boards, developing layout plan (often using 3D software such as Sketchup), and perspective/detailed drawing for retail spaces
• Developing graphic design artworks using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Create themes and plans, including window and in-store displays, signage and posters

Project:

• Manage and coordinate (a) fit-out of local retail shop and (b) fit-out of counter space
• Planning and development of master plan, A&A plan, M&E plan, etc, and renovation of retail outlet.
• Prepare and submit renovation plan in accordance to local regulation and specific requirement from respective landlord.
• Constant sourcing of fit out contractors and to manage the tender process and handle various trade contractors and suppliers on parallel contract in project execution.
• To arrange and attend site meeting prior to project implementation including coordinating on-site installation work, monitoring and supervising on-site installation, etc
• Liaise on coordinating with related parties (e.g. contractors, suppliers, business partners, landlord, colleagues from other department, etc) on shop fitting progress.
• Ensure and follow through that projects are completed on time, within budget and constantly supervise, control and coordinate works accordingly to project plans to ensure timeliness and high quality.
• Conduct frequent site inspections and meetings to ensure high quality work of the contractor and supplier.
• Perform quality check and proper handover upon completion of project and to follow through on all outstanding matters/defect items.
• Advise Accounts department on progress billing.

Requirements:

• Diploma / certification in any of the following: Architecture, Interior Design, Project/construction management, related building construction/ M&E studies.
• Min two (2) years of experience in project management, preferably in retail industry.
• Familiar with Architectural Drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCad, Adobe (CS, Photoshop, Illustrator), Corel, SketchUp, 3D Max
• Familiar with carpentry, electrical, renovation works and fit-out works.
• Creative and have interest in changing trends in retail space design
• Experience in managing multiple projects.
• Positive, commitment and “can-do” attitude.
• High integrity, good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.
• Good leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the correct onboarding for all resources to ensure all basic competencies are achieved within an agreed timeline.
• Manage the maintenance and dissemination of all Onboarding materials for both Solution Design and Engineering & Automation resources joining the APAC SE Community, ensuring a high standard of quality and relevance to current business dynamics and the role of Solution & Engineering within the organization.
• Provide and promote the required Learning & Development for SD/EA Resources across APAC to ensure the right balance of competency and Product experienced is available, maintained and continually advances.
• Facilitate the “On job” learning of Development resources through the allocation process – ensuring specific experience gaps are closed by utilizing the advanced resources to coach the more junior team members.
• Update and deploy training standard training materials to promote the right usage of the preferred Tools and Templates aligned to Global/Regional SD Initiatives to enable and support efficiencies in Solution across APAC to ensure resources are competent to develop and deliver high standards of quality and comprehensive solutions with proper reviews to drive optimum offer in alignment with customer’s expectations.
• Review and improve standard framework materials to promote the methodology of harmonized working way for Engineering & Automation for Retrofit projects aligned with CLDM and company initiatives to support and drive the effectiveness and efficiencies of deliverables from screening kick-off until technologies implementation
• Facilitate the deployment of One Consistent Framework – single way of working for All resources in alignment to the CLDM deliverables and quality gates
• Maintain & update high standards for all required Solution & Engineering collaterals for APAC, including but not limited to proposal documents and templates, operational benchmarking cases for target products, verticals and customers as well as additional supporting information relevant to support the articulation of the Solution & Engineering content to ensure company is effectively represented in all proposals and engagements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or relevant technical field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the logistics and supply chain industry;
• Experience in a lead of Supply Chain related Solutions role.
• Experience or knowledge in 3PL/4PL/Solution Design/Commercial understanding of CL
