We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Executive to provide clerical support in our insurance agency. The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our team in processing insurance documents, handling client queries, and maintaining records.

• • Prepare, process, and file insurance-related documents, including policy applications, claims, renewals, and etc.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing information about policies, claims, and other administrative matters.

JOB PURPOSE 

Perform transactions related to the operation department to achieve an excellent level of customer and business expectations. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

1. Perform all the Ex-Change orders issuance and refund processes in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) daily.
