Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for processing purchase ledger invoices for all Group companies and handling ad-hoc purchase ledger queries under the supervision of the Purchase Ledger Coordinator. You will maintain the suspense accounts, ensuring timely authorisation of invoices, and manage the filing of invoices and matching with purchase orders. Additionally, you will need to liaise with suppliers for account reconciliations, collate company card statements and receipts, and monitor accounts emails to ensure all messages are appropriately addressed. You will also work with business support regarding procedures for expenses and credit cards, download and check expense statements, and administer company petty cash and related documentation.

* Possess experience and a good working knowledge of Excel and Sage.
* Be able to demonstrate accurate data entry skills.
* Be able to hit the ground running within a fast paced team.
* Possess the ability to work as part of a team and alone.
* Possess a proven ability to organise and prioritise your own workload to achieve deadlines.
* Be proactive in your approach, have a 'can do' attitude, and be willing to new learn new skills.

Your new role
You will support the organisation with HR Assistant duties and PA Support. The main remit of the job will be to support with HR, mainly employee life cycle processes including onboarding new starters, induction, line manager queries, absence reporting, employee record updates and recruitment where required.
The role will also include PA to MD duties including; inbox management, creating reports, expense management, senior leadership team support and contact to the Director.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must be able to start temporary work quickly and not be on notice.
The successful candidate will have good experience and knowledge of HR processes
PA experience is required or a high level of business support administration.
Be able to start in Rotherham.

Your new role
This will be a busy role and will report to the Programme Manager leading the project. The main purpose of the role will be to provide admin support to the project. The successful applicant will ideally have held a similar role previously and be able to complete the duties of the role as outlined below
- Support the Programme Manager with all admin actions to drive the project
- Arrange project related meetings, type up agendas and follow up actions , liaise with all included teams and relevant stakeholders
- Take minutes in meetings
- Complete project administration tasks including , completing reports, updating action logs for the project
- Use JIRA software to manage tickets and updates
- Support the project team with ticket queries and updates in the project system
- Document handling and filing
- Maintaining test logs and reporting in Excel
- Intermediate/ Advanced Excel experience would be preferred

You will have excellent recent project admin experience and be able to start temporary work in Sheffield quickly.

Your new role
This will be a busy role providing all round administration experience and would suit a candidate with previous project-administration based experience.

- Take notes in meetings, record actions, prepare for meetings

- Complete associated admin tasks for various stakeholders and managers as required
