Shift Pattern: Monday and Thursday 7:45am - 3:15pm (30 minutes unpaid break)

South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join their team as a Clerical Assistant based at Carluke Leisure Centre.
You will undertake a wide range of clerical duties, including processing sensitive documentation, therefore it is essential that you can work in a highly professional and confidential manner.
You will also carry out a range of clerical processes and tasks in accordance with pre-determined procedures or instructions and maintain a healthy and safe working environment as well as working as part of a team.
Excellent customer service is our priority therefore you will display the necessary commitment to customer care.
REQUIREMENTS
You must be proficient in general IT skills, especially in the creation of Excel spreadsheets, populating statistical information and producing reports.
You must have the ability to effectively manage your workload, responding as necessary to changing priorities.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
