ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Bank Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver the quality care and support our residents deserve. In this varied role, we'll need you to answer the phone, handle our files and support our managers. You'll also meet and greet visitors, engage with residents and show prospective clients and their families around so they can see what makes us so different. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to build and develop the administrative team to provide a brilliant service and support the General Surgery Department.

We are seeking a dynamic, well-organised, and pro-active administrator. You will need a working knowledge of all key RCH IT systems and processes.

You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a good eye for detail, and be a true team player. The ability to organise and prioritise work under pressure so as to meet strict deadlines is an essential feature of this job and ensure early escalation of any potential problems.
