The role:
We are seeking a reliable, well organised, and experienced administrative assistant to join our friendly and supportive SEN team.The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, you will be highly organised with good numerical and literacy skills. You will be adaptable, flexible, caring, and enthusiastic, with a smile for all situations to join our lively and friendly team.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a comprehensive understanding of confidentiality issues within a school environment
- Be able to work at pace, multitask and prioritise effectively
- Have knowledge of SEN processes and procedures in relation to administration tasks
- Use your own initiative to plan interventions.
- Be creative, innovative, and flexible approach to raising expectations and achievement
