JOB SUMMARY: The post holder will work under the direction and supervision of the Ward Sister/Charge The post holder will provide a high level of administrative support and maintain effective office processes and procedures within the inpatient wards, enabling the delivery of a high quality service to patients and allowing nursing staff to focus on direct patient care. Role of an Admin Warehouse Operative:

• Excel and SAP or any other WMS knowledge is essential
• Picking, and packing car parts and car service parts
• Report any errors, damages or quality issues found whilst undertaking duties.
• Work to standard operating procedures in line with company policy.
• Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern immediately.
• Assist with inventory counting and stock investigations when necessary.
• Assist other team members as necessary.
• Support Colleagues and Team Leader with all day-to-day tasks.
• To action any other elements to fulfil the operational needs of the business and undertake any other
• reasonable duties as allocated

Who we are looking for:
We are seeking to appoint a ‘Receptionist and admin support assistant’. Our successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and committed person who will provide a reception service at TDMS, including operation of switchboard, provision of first aid for students and staff and general administrative tasks.
The role will be 37 hours per week, term time only plus the school training days. This role reports to the Administration manager.
