About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent and organised Human Resources Clerk to join our team in Stawell, VIC 3380 on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date employee records, processing employment applications, and providing general administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

Update and Maintain Records:

Update information on employee profiles.
Record qualifications and training.
Generate data for Weekly HR report including absenteeism and turnover.
Raise records for newly appointed workers and ensure records are complete.
Store and retrieve personnel records and files on request.
Assist to maintain digital HR system.


Application Processing and Onboarding assistance:

Assist employment applications and onboarding process.


Inquiry Management:

Receive and answer inquiries about employment entitlements and conditions.
Answer any query or questions from employees and direct them to appropriate resources.
Answer phone queries and provide general information in a professional and polite manner.


Documentation and Reporting:

Compile data from personnel records and prepare reports.
Assist in processing documentation for the induction of new employees.

Administrative Support:

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

AQF Certificate II or III in Human Resources.
At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
Visa and immigration procedures.
Multicultural language desirable; Mandarin, Taiwanese and English, but not essential.

Sound time management and organisation skills.
