DESCRIPTIONS:
o Perform batch ticket completion and closing in EBS system following the batch ticket recording.
o Run report to analyze manufacturing yield and escalate any abnormality to production engineer for further
troubleshooting.
o As the document controller for production department in handling completed batch tickets, and hardcopy
SOP/WI/Form/Records according to the company policy.
o Support Production Manager in preparing documentation, setting up meeting, running EBS report and retrieving
production records.
o Managing production consumable inventories and raise purchase requisition accordingly.
o Communicates with other production members, supply chain, maintenance, quality control, warehouse, and other
departments as his/her duty needed.
o Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
a. Required: High school graduate or equivalent education and experience.
b. Preferred: Possess professional certificate or higher education level
2. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
a. Required: Fresh graduate
b. Preferred: Experience within a manufacturing or production environment
3. TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
a. Required:
i. Good Communication skills
ii. Proficiency with computer software.
b. Preferred: Experience in EBS (Oracle, SAP, etc.) system.
