ABOUT THE ROLEAs an Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver the quality care and support our residents deserve. • You will relay critical information to staff members, management, or external customers via telephone or in person.
• You will research rules, regulations, and procedures to resolve questions or issues.
• You will process travel vouchers in accordance with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).
• You will prepare and assemble background material to include historical reports, pertinent regulations and directives, mission, and functional statements and SOPs for inclusion in correspondence.
