Job Descripption :
HR area:
1. Responsible for the company's recruitment work, including making recruitment plans,publishing recruitment information,screening resumes,interview arrangements etc.;
2. Responsible for employee relationship maintenance, including employee file management, employee welfare distribution, etc.;
3. Responsible for the company's salary and welfare work, including the formulation of salary and welfare policies, employee welfare review, etc.;
Administration Area:
4. Plan, coordinate, and manage internal administrative services allowing an efficient operation.
5. Managed the procurement and maintenance of the company's office equipment and supplies to ensure the good operation of the office environment;
6. Responsible for the management, archiving and confidentiality of company documents;
7. Responsible for the organization and implementation of company meetings, including meeting planning and venue layout;
8. Responsible for coordinating and handling internal and external affairs of the company;
Cooperate with the general manager and the department to complete other management work, communicate and coordinate with other departments;
Job Requirements :
1.25-35 years old, diploma or above;
2. Have certain experience in administrative and personnel management;
3. Familiar with Singapore labor law, human resources regulations;
4. Good communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively communicate and coordinate with other departments;
5. Strong logical thinking ability and problem analysis ability, able to think independently and solve problems;
6. Knowledge of Chinese is preferred;
7. Only SG citizen or PR.
