Warehouse Admin
He/She will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from preparing and serving delicious goods to the designated locations and interacting with customers & suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyse warehouse inventory data and generate reports to support management decision-making.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist the warehouse supervisor in planning procurement and replenishment to avoid stock shortages or overstock situations.
Inventory Data Management:
- Handle data entry and maintenance of all goods entering and leaving the warehouse, including heavy machinery, equipment parts, and accessories.
- Ensure data accuracy in the warehouse management system (e.g., ERP system), conduct regular inventory counts, and correct discrepancies as needed.
Order Processing and Coordination:
- Assist in processing data related to customer orders, ensuring goods are shipped accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with the supply chain, sales, and procurement departments to ensure consistency in data and timely updates on stock availability.
System Optimization and Process Improvement:
- Work with IT and the warehouse team to optimize the inventory management system and processes to enhance warehouse efficiency and data accuracy.
Warehouse Documentation Management:
- Manage warehouse-related documents and records, including receiving notes, delivery notes, and customs declarations, ensuring completeness and traceability.
- Assist the warehouse supervisor in audits and compliance checks to ensure warehouse operations meet legal and company standards.
- Admin add hoc task will be assigned by the superior.
Requirements and skills:
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Minimum 2 year(s) of related working experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken. Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage

Working hrs: 8am-5pm, 5.5days Monday – Saturday
Salary starting: 2,000-2,500 (based on experience)
