The Chief Financial Officer is the preeminent financial advisor of the VAMC, responsible for establishing and maintaining; an integrated system of financial staff services which arc vital to effective management control over, and evaluation of, station operations. Major duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide guidance on all financial policy changes and requirements affecting the Medical Center. Develop and implement policies and procedures governing the provision of financial service
• Apply financial costing and forecasting techniques to oversee technical processes of budget formulation
