This position is located within the Department of the Interior, Office of the Secretary, Asst Secretary Policy Management & Budget, Business Integration office, Washington, D.C.

At the full performance level GS-14 the major duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Serves as team lead for change and release management.
- Monitors and distributes workload in a variable workload environment to ensure proper utilization of resources.
- Monitors change and release management processes to ensure compliance with BIO written guidance and workflows.
- Ensures the auditability of the change management process to prevent audit findings.
- Manage projects as assigned. Creates project plans and monitors progress and resources. Performs risk analysis for projects. Prepares reports on project status.
- Educates and assists other BIO staff in the proper use of change and release management tools and the associated process flows.
- Serves as project manager for major software releases and project quality gates.
- Coordinates, documents and educates Stakeholders on change and release management workflows.
Salary Information: CO- $125,242.00 to $162,817.00 Per Year VA- $139,395.00 to $181,216.00 Per Year First time hires to the Federal government normally start at the lower salary range of the grade level.
