As an Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties:

The primary purpose of this position is: As an Air Reserve Technician (ART), accomplishes a variety of duties involving assisting in determining unit's readiness and capability to perform its peacetime/wartime mission, to support programs and systems which ensure reserve members are properly trained and equipped, to provide peacetime/wartime medical support, and to provide training to reserve members in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein.

Duties:
1: Provides direct support to the senior ART in planning, directing, implementing, and controlling all elements of the medical unit on a day-to-day basis.

The Security Assistant:

• Enters information in office databases to include Personnel Security, Lost ID, Credentials, and MyID.
• Coordinates with each DOT Operating Administration (OA)to ensure HSPD-12 Cards are issued to each employee and to contractors who need access to DOT facilities and IT systems.
• Fingerprints all Customers as required using livescan fingerprint technology.
• Receives incoming mail and places in distribution box.
• Issuance of HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards at activation stations and maintains accountability of services provided.
