Qualifications:

Educated to GCSE level in five subjects including English and Maths or equivalent.

Experience of delivering high quality customer service, preferably in a housing setting.
Experience of working in an office environment.
Experience of co-ordinating processes and people.
Knowledge of property related issues with and awareness of household repair and planned maintenance processes.

Team Leadership Duties: Provide leadership, direction, and support to both the workflow administration and secretarial teams, ensuring a cohesive working environment.
