Your role at Prestige:

The Sales Ledger Clerk is an entry role for an individual aspiring to pursue a career in Finance. The role will report into the Sales Ledger Manager and also work closely with the Financial Accounts team.

Responsibilities:

• Generating and issuing sales invoices.
• Processing of sales ledger receipts and allocating payments received accurately.
• Organising customer direct debit collection, setting up new direct debits and amending existing details.
• Reconcile sales ledger accounts to maintain accuracy.
• Communicate with customers to collect overdue debts and address any disputes.
• Dealing with discrepancies and/or complex client queries.
• Assisting in month-end reporting and ad-hoc reporting tasks.
• Provide support across various departments within the business as required.

Barchester’s Learning & Development team support the training and career development of care staff at 250 sites across the UK. As a Learning & Development Admin Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring that Barchester maintain our reputation of providing exceptional care to residents, and as an employer of choice within the sector. Hybrid role with remote working with fortnightly visits to Head Office in Finsbury Square in London.

You will deal with general enquiries from staff regarding internal training programs, external courses; support remote L&D team members and other support teams with scheduled workshops and webinars.

As Learning & Development Admin Assistant you will support staff to access the Learning Management System, assist with e-learning queries, check and process programmes applications, maintain learner records on the database and liaise with providers and homes to resolve queries.

The starting salary for this full-time, permanent role is £27,897 per annum based on a 36-hour working week.

HOPE is an innovative service for young people in Surrey aged between 11-18 who have mental health difficulties, emotional and behavioural needs. We offer a day programme of therapy, education and community work to young people who are referred to the service through Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service and Children's Services.

We are now looking for a motivated and organised Administration Co-ordinator to join our multi-agency team and help provide comprehensive, high-quality administrative support.

About the role

In this role you will provide administrative support to approximately 20 members of staff from Social Workers and teachers to art therapists and dieticians! This will include data management, minute taking and the use of procurement and financial systems. A key aspect of this role will be organising the reception and managing the transport arrangements for young people coming into the day programme. You will be part of a multi-professional team who are dedicated to working with young people with complex needs.

You will also be working with young people from diverse back grounds who have been referred to HOPE to support with their mental health, social, behavioural and emotional needs. Working with young people who may display challenging behaviour requires a unique skill set. Your confidence in dealing with conflict appropriately, and knowing when to seek support, will be essential.

The nature of the work we do means that prioritising tasks can be challenging given the constantly changing needs of our young people and the administration required to support their progress at HOPE and plan for their future needs. As such, a flexible approach to the role will be required!
